Our Design and Build Philosophy
The idea behind design and build is that team Potencia can add value by ensuring the design can be built easily and/or economicaly by increasing the “buildability” of the design and certainly reducing the costs associated with it. It also provides the client with “single point” responsibility for the construction and design of the building, reducing the number of people to coordinate with for getting project updates and status of progress.
The more detailed the Employer’s Requirements, team Potencia can bring to the table in terms of adding value for money and increasing “buildability” in any event. Our aim is to build a project that meets the employer requirements, meets all quality checks and above all zero variations.
